I use vacuum-seal storage bags to sort, manage, and store my fabric stash. I fill the bags with fabric sorted by color or project. When a bag is packed, I vacuum the air out, compressing the fabrics inside to a smaller, more manageable size. The compressed bags stack easily, providing more storage space, and are clear so I can quickly see what is inside. They also protect the fabrics from dust, mildew, dirt, and insects.
