Selvage Saver

Instead of throwing away selvages, I wind them into a ball so they are available for tying together bundles of coordinating fabrics for future quilting projects. They also have many uses outside of the sewing room. For example, when we moved, I tied selvages around my rolled-up rugs. My husband also uses them in his shop to bundle items.
