Rack 'Em Up

This tip makes strip piecing easier and less confusing, plus it gives you a different perspective on your fabric, which is especially helpful when you have many different prints to use in your quilt. After cutting all of my strips, I placed them on my wooden indoor drying rack. It makes it so much easier to choose which prints go together best when I'm piecing each block-not to mention how much less cluttered my sewing room is.
