Put Pins in Place
Advertisement
When finishing a quilt by either stitching in the ditch or shadowing around the blocks, I often had a hard time keeping track of which blocks were finished and which still needed to be quilted. Now as I finish each block, I place two quilting pins in the center. At a quick glance, I can see which blocks are finished and which block is next to be quilted. This has saved me precious quilting time because I no longer have to remove the quilt from my machine and examine each block.
