Original Ornament

I save and store the snippets of rayon thread from my machine-embroidery projects. Before the holidays arrive, I purchase clear ornaments at crafts stores and put the thread pieces-and strands of metallic thread-into an ornament that serves as a memento of the projects I worked on throughout the year. If I have a lot of thread I make ornaments to give as gifts as well.
