Creative Use for Leftover Binding Strips

Throwing away excess binding feels wasteful. Because I rarely make scrap quilts where I could incorporate the strips, I use leftover binding to tie up the cords on my iron, sewing machine, or phone charger when they are not in use. This gives the binding a new use, and I don't feel guilty throwing it away when it wears out.
