Color Study

When I'm trying to work out color combinations for a quilt block, I cut pieces of fabrics I'm considering and pin them in place on a bulletin board in my sewing room. I study the unsewn block as I'm working on other projects. Seeing the block in artificial and natural light over a few days helps me to decide which colors work and which don't.
