Bobbin Brigade

An inexpensive way to clean up your thread drawer and keep bobbin threads from unwinding is to secure filled bobbins with mini ponytail holders. These elastics come in many colors, so they also can provide a color-coding function. For instance, bind bobbins containing cotton quilting thread with primary-color ponytail holders and bobbins containing appliqué threads with pastel-color holders.
