This plaque with Sherri's blog's name printed on it hangs over her closet door. When Sherri started blogging, she came up with a list of names for her blog but kept finding other people who already had that blog title. She finally come up with A Quilting Life and now couldn't imagine it being anything else.

Sherri's sewing room is packed with happy and colorful inspiration. Mini quilts hang along the top of the wall, making her space cheerful from floor to ceiling.

Dresden Plate blocks and hexagon flowers sit on the design wall. Sherri's design wall sits in a colorful frame, making every work-in-progress look like a work of art.

Sherri's bright quilts mix eclectically with antiques in her home. A vintage, hand-painted bureau is the perfect hiding place for neatly folded quilts in a bedroom.

Sherri's den is traditional, featuring rich wood furniture and more Americana-color quilts.

Sherri loves this wire-drawer storage rack. The drawers are supported along the sides so they won't tip over or fall out if she pulls them out far.
