Add Border No. 1
Join long yellow-and-white print border No. 1 strips to long edges of tulip print panel. Sew short yellow-and-white print border No. 1 strips to remaining edges. Press seams toward border. The quilt center should be 24-1/2x42-1/2" including seam allowances.
