Cut Fabrics

Cut pieces in the following order.

Quilt tester Judy Sams Sohn cut some of the blue train print strips lengthwise (parallel to the selvages) so the print would run in the same direction in each piece of the finished quilt.

From brown dot, cut:
4-2-1/2x42" binding strips
2-4-1/2x16-1/2" strips
2-4-1/2x8-1/2" strips
2-2-1/2x8-1/2" strips
4-6-7/8" squares, cutting each in half diagonally for 8 triangles total
8-6-1/2" squares
2-2-1/2x4-1/2" strips

From orange argyle print, cut:
4-6-1/2x12-1/2" rectangles

From orange dot, cut:
4-6-7/8" squares, cutting each in half diagonally for 8 triangles total

From white car print, cut:
1-8-1/2" square
1-4-1/2" square

From blue train print, cut:
2-4-1/2x16-1/2" strips (for directional fabric, cut lengthwise)
2-2-1/2x8-1/2" strips (for directional fabric, cut lengthwise)
2-4-1/2x24-1/2" strips
2-2-1/2x12-1/2" strips
