Halloween Rickrack Wall Hanging

Alternate setting squares and Square-in-a-Square blocks made from the Spooktacular collection by Debbie Taylor-Kerman from Henry Glass & Co. for a festive Halloween wall hanging.

Materials

Inspired by Argyle Alphabet from designer Holly Holderman
Quilt Tester: Laura Boehnke

1/4 yard orange print (blocks)
1/4 yard purple polka dot (blocks)
1/2 yard total assorted Halloween prints (setting squares)
5/8 yard green polka dot (inner border, binding)
1 yard black print (outer border)
4 yards 1-3/8”-wide rickrack: green
2-3/4 yards backing fabric
49" square batting

Finished quilt: 40-1/2" square
Finished block: 5" square

Quantities are for 44/45"-wide, 100% cotton fabrics.
Measurements include 1/4" seam allowances. Sew with right sides together unless otherwise stated.
