Four-Square Wall Hanging

Bold florals, prints, and stripes combine to give a simple quilt dazzling eye appeal. The fabrics in this easy, four- block quilt are from the Modern Mix collection for Benartex.

Materials

Inspired by “Zinnia Flats” from designer Marinda Stewart

7/8 yard red-and-orange stripe (blocks, binding)
3/4 yard red-and-green floral (blocks)
1/3 yard orange floral (blocks)
5/8 yard green print (blocks)
1/2 yard gold floral (blocks)
1-1/4 yards floral border print (sashing)
1/8 yard red floral (sashing)
3-1/8 yards backing fabric
56" square batting

Finished quilt: 49-1/2" square

Quantities are for 44/45"-wide, 100% cotton fabrics.

Measurements include 1/4" seam allowances. Sew with right sides together unless otherwise stated.
