Little House on the Prairie

An eyelet dust ruffle plays peek-a-boo under a ticking bed skirt. Layered on a metal bed, a khaki-color quilt is paired with a patchwork quilt made from strips of fabric sewn side-by-side. Pillows and shams made from ticking or eyelet are combined with a stitched throw pillow, giving this bed a perfect Prairie-style look.

All the components of the well-dressed bed are here--sheets and pillowcases, quilts in various colors layered for punch, pillows and shams for the added details, and a bed skirt to complement the scheme.
