18x22" piece (fat quarter) black polka dot (lining, bag)
1/4 yard heavyweight fusible interfacing
10"-long or longer black zipper
12"-long black dot ribbon (handle)
Water–soluble pen
Finished bag: 9x6"
Quantities are for 44/45"-wide, 100% cotton fabrics. Measurements include 1/4" seam allowances. Sew with right sides together unless otherwise stated.
