Stitching up the Frame It Up pillow may just whet your appetite for designer Jennifer Davis’ throw, which inspired the featured pillow. For her striking, fresh take on modern quiltmaking, Jennifer surrounded squares with borders of varying widths to make her blocks, then combined the blocks with sashing. Fabrics are from the Tufted Tweets collection by Laurie Wisbrun for Robert Kaufman Fabrics.

Plum Pudding Quilt

Quilt tester Jan Ragaller simplified the blocks in this throw-size version
of Mixed Berries. To get the look, substitute a solid strip for each diagonally pieced rectangle unit in each block. Jan used precut strips from two Plum Pudding Bali Pops by Hoffman California Fabrics for the blocks.
