The Quilted Hill
Go for the fabrics, stay for the view: This shop has both. Shop owner Bobbie Bebereia loves “being able to show my daughters that you can make a living doing what you truly love.”

Field of Vision
Bobbie wanted the exterior of her shop to look like a barn, in keeping with the ambience of the surrounding Yamhill, Oregon, area that boasts breathtaking views of farmland, grape arbors, and rolling countryside.
Not Just for Shopping
Besides shopping for fabrics, you can enjoy spectacular pastoral scenery and indulge in wine tastings at local vineyards.

Far and Wide
High ceilings and plenty of windows translate into ample room to hang quilts and great natural light in which to choose fabrics. “I’d describe our look as scrappy and traditional,” Bobbie says. “I don’t go for trendy. I have a few novelty prints, but there’s such a broad spectrum out there, where do you stop?”
Show with Samples
Samples help customers visualize fabrics in quilts. Batiks are the focus of this showcase that includes the Bali Sky wall hanging by Calico Carriage Quilt Designs and Hip to Be Square throw by designer Sandy Brawner.
Fall into Seasons
Fall, one of Bobbie’s favorite seasons, is featured in this shops vignette using warm, brilliant earth tones. An assortment of fall fabrics mingles with tempting small projects beneath Hash Browns by Cozy Strip Club.
For their souvenirs, visitors often select food and wine prints that will evoke memories of the countryside.
