Designer Lorrie Franz of Bean Counter Quilts, based in Elk River, Minnesota, designed this giraffe quilt. The pattern also is available in monkey, bear, frog, puppy, and elephant motifs.

Using variegated thread, Debra Oscarson machine-quilted floral designs in the blocks and outer border and filled the inner border with a curling vine.
