Designers for FreeSpirit Fabrics
FreeSpirit Katharine’s Wheel by Nel Whatmore
Much to Nel’s surprise she has over the years filled her house with many things that have spirals -- from ceramics, to the feet and tops of clocks, the shape of the garden path and so on and so on. It seems as though many people are drawn to spirals and curves and find them comforting and also sensual. The collection is called Katharine’s Wheel because Nel’s middle name is Katharine, and the firework of the same name is yet another example of the spiral!

Neat and polished, clean and bright, this collection of fabrics offers distinction and beauty to last through the years.
FreeSpirit Seven Wonders by Parson Gray
“Seven Wonders” from Parson Gray is designed to work in tandem with his first collection "Curious Nature." The fabrics reflect a continued translation of natural elements in folk modern design. Two palettes, 'Cool' and 'Warm,' retain the richly muted tones made popular in Curious Nature. Deep, rich crimson and ochre are paired against cool silver and tundra blues to bring the elements of nature alive among the seven hand-drawn, tactile print designs.
FreeSpirit Veranda by Verna Mosquera
Vernada is greatly influenced by Verna’s need to be surrounded by nostalgic beauty. The colors represent all the lovely things on her imaginary Veranda. The vintage inspired prints are both romantic and timeless. Use the fabrics to create wonderful billowy pillows, playful picnic quilts, frilly aprons and more. Verna hopes everyone will be inspired to create their own imaginary place with her collection. Photo credit; Gregory Case Photography.
FreeSpirit Superfly by Jennifer Paganelli
You never tire of the zebra animal print and Sis Boom is bringing it to you in a much larger scale with more geometric flare than ever. Adding a very robust 70's geometric to the mix gets us thinking dashiki's and bedspreads and all over hippy-ness -- nostalgia at its finest. Modern pillows, modern tablecloths and modern quilts will beckon to be created.
FreeSpirit Pagoda Lullaby by Tina Givens
Pagoda Lullaby was created to illustrate far off adventures, reminiscent of oversized fauna, enormous comfy pillowed chairs and slip covered comfort with large pompom trimmed cushions. Colors are pretty and joyful in deep rich grenadine and chocolate, morning garden brites in the summer sun and wine country field organic greens and earthy hues.
FreeSpirit Enchantment by Kathy Davis

Inspired by nature, Kathy's artistry comes alive in hand-painted anemones and roses that float effortlessly across beautifully textured backgrounds.
