Cut Fabrics

For each flower you’ll need a flower foundation (Pattern A), corresponding flower appliqués (patterns B and C), and one or two leaves (patterns D—I). Click on "Download this Project" above for patterns.

1. Following manufacturer’s instructions and using ultra-firm, double sided, fusible stabilizer, fuse together two assorted tone-on-tone fabric scraps large enough to accommodate Pattern A of desired flower.

2. Make a template of Pattern A for the flower number you’re making. Using water-soluble marking pen, trace around template onto fused fabric; cut out flower foundation.
